The old turf was removed and the area built up to create a raised area.
Timber sleepers are used to retain the built up area.

This was reinstated to match the original fireplace using bricks to match the existing.
Kitchen extension
New Kitchen extension
New side extension was built. External wall was knocked down between extension and existing house. A steel beam was used to support low bearing wall. Old kitchen was removed and new kitchen was installed in the extension area. For this job I laid the laminate flooring and tiled areas of the wall.
Front Porch

For this front porch job we removed the old wooden structure and replaced with brickwork/blockwork External walls were rendered to match existing walls. Floor was tiled. New step was built.
A new composite door and side panels were fitted.
UPVC Conservatory
UPVC Conservatory with an Edwardian style roof
For this job we erected a Dwarf wall to front and one side, and a full height wall on the other side. A polycarbonate conservatory roof was used. We selected bricks to match the existed house and installed garden lights.
Internal walls were plastered, heating and electrics were installed.
